The final stage of your MSc programme is concerned exclusively with a written dissertation of 5,000 words which provides details of individual research into an issue/topic relevant to your degree programme (e.g. accounting, banking, finance). This research cannot involve the collection of primary data. This means you cannot conduct interviews or undertake a survey. Instead, your dissertation will need to be based upon secondary sources.
