1. Clinical question: My clinical question aims to implement the SBAR strategy in managing medical errors in hospitals, especially in the emergency department, during the handoff process. The study will be implemented among the key stakeholders of EMS, RNs, MDs, Pharmacists, Nurse leaders, and patients to engage and involve the workforce in developing the evidence-based practice (EBP).
