The goals of this course are to:
Examine the impact on the organization’s ability to compete in the marketplace
Develop and maintain a successful workforce
Comply with those regulations that govern staffing and employment practices.

Final Project Description:
For the final project, you will conduct research on the company of your choice. Answer the following in a minimum two-page paper:
1. Include the name and background of the company and products and/or services the company provides. Also, provide the website link of the company.
2. Examine the impact on the organizational/s ability to compete in the marketplace.
3. In your opinion, do you think the company can develop and maintain a successful workforce? Explain.
4. In your opinion, do you agree with their hiring practices? Explain.
