The aim of the module is to enable the Trainee Nursing Associate to examine the role of the nursing associate to work in teams, multi disciplinarny clinical and non clinical health. Nursing associates will be core members of the mulit disciplinary teams in a range of helath care setting.

This is a block week of teaching with a formative assessment that is key to the final summative assessment. Students need to attend the module and participate in the formative team work actvitiy. If students are unable to attend the module due to personal circumstances, then they must inform their academic assessor and employer.
