Each group will be assigned a stadium case. Each group needs to synthesize information from the above video and KPMG’s report, as well as additional online sources (e.g. media articles, the stadium/arena official website, journal articles) to investigate the following case questions concerning the assigned stadium/arena case:
Explain and examine the way through which the stadium/arena is conceptualized, developed and operated? You could include the following (but not limited to) issues:

Operation
Sustainability
