In Blackboard Articles and Resources, click on the article titled, 25 Simple Ways to Practice Gratitude. Read through this article and select five items to engage and execute. Take notes of your experience with each act of gratitude. Things to consider: How difficult or easy was this? How did it make you feel before/ during/ afterwards?
Questions to answer within your paper:
Which act did you enjoy most?
How did this act possibly affect others?
Is this something that you will want to employ more in the future?
How did these acts of gratitude affect your wellness? Which areas were touched?
How can practicing gratitude help us during times of difficulty and stress?
Guidelines for Paper:
2- 4 pages in length, 1.5 spaced, 12 point font, 1 margins
Acceptable fonts: Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman
Make sure to include:
Full Name, Course name/ #, Date on top, left hand corner of first page
Must be submitted through Blackboard by the due date for full credit. One letter grade deducted each day it is late.
Plagiarism will not be tolerated. Copying or using someone elses work in any way will result in zero credit for the assignment and potential referral to the Dean of Students Office
