As a newly hired leader of a fledgling upstart, your first task is to develop a Code of Ethics. In manual format, create a Code of Ethics and include the following: Identify the name of the organization, the size of the organization, and the purpose of the organization. Using the information above, prepare the Code of Ethics. Be sure to justify and explain each component. Explain how the code of ethics can be communicated both internally and externally and what needs to be done to enforce it. Your well-crafted 4-5 page paper must include six references, with at least four scholarly/peer-reviewed discovered through the CSU Global library.
