I need to do a research proposal and eventually an anotated bibliograpghy and the research paper(if you would like to do these i can make another order and request you that way the project is seemless). For now just the proposal. The proposal needs to be 3-5 pages long and use scholarly sources and I can provide a few of these, the rest i will need you to find. The research should cover things such as how covid impacted things like worker availability, material shortages, high material cost and how small construction businesses have been affected.
