Explain how the Japanese government works in terms of creating new policies, what are the branches of government?

This paper is based two things: Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution. “Renunciation of War” and “How the Japanese government works”. On Article 9: When was this written, what were the political circumstances the Japanese made this part of their constitution? When was this ratified? Anything interesting about article 9? Will this ever be taken out of their Constitution?

Also explain how the Japanese government works in terms of creating new policies, what are the branches of government? What is their democratic design? How the Japanese government works in terms of policymaking?
