The purpose of this individual assignment is to prepare a research paper as a contribution to the study of instructional leadership, supervision, and evaluation. The student may select to research, study, and address an issue or area relating to the following: instruction, curriculum, school leadership, school improvement, school research, professional development, assessment, supervision, school reform, evaluation, standardized testing, new teacher evaluation systems, school report card process, instructional practices, school research, etc.;
The length of the paper should be seven (7) to ten (10) pages double spaced and 12 size letters. Please follow the example APA style paper in Learning Module 1. You can cite references studied in the course. Please cite at least two other references in your paper. Please use and boldface the following elements as headings to write your paper. Please make all efforts to submit papers on time. Late papers may affect your grades on major assignments. Maximum score is 100 points.

Introduction to paper (clear articulation of purpose, review, and rationale)
Theoretic Perspectives – discussion of specific perspectives (clarity, depth of coverage for purposes of paper, and evidence of writer understanding)
