A main purpose of the bargaining simulation exercise is to give you direct experience with bargaining. In this individual assignment, you are to reflect on this experience in relation to
the theories and content discussed in the course, especially the chapter on Collective Bargaining (Chapter 7). In this assignment, you are to describe what worked well, what worked less well, and what could have been done differently to make your group more effective.
