This survey will have at least 7 questions that will provide evidence that your training objective and training method objectives are achieved. What sorts of questions would you ask participants? Be sure you clearly state which objective the questions are directed toward.
Additionally, prepare a 1-page narrative addressing how you believe your training toolkit leads to employee development, be sure you provide evidence (review the four approaches shared in Chapter 9). How does your training benefit the employee, thus leading to organizational improvements?
