The most essential tasks an individual will undertake in their own personal and professional growth are self-assessment and goal setting.
As a leader, determine the tools you will use to assess yourself and to set goals within the workplace. Your report should include the following:
Explain in detail the self-assessment tool you have chosen to help identify your productivity within the workplace. What has this tool helped you identify? Will this tool help you set goals to achieve success?
Discuss the methods you will use in setting both short and long-term goals to achieve success.
Develop and expand upon at least one short-term and one long-term goal that you will set for yourself within the workplace based on your learning this term. How will these goals impact your personal and professional growth?
Explain how this course has enhanced your professional biography.
