source explains the different types of white-collar crimes and how they affect
the country. It also claims that there is no other alternative to prevent it
other than to enact fruitful legislative to deal with the cases of corporate
crime. The source also shares information on other countries in South Asia and
their laws on corporate crime. It also talks about the struggles to ensure
corporate crime liability.
This
source supports its thesis well by giving information on the different types of
corporate/white-collar crime. It helps me to better understand the different
types of crimes and how it can potentially affect different things in the
society.

source is a primary source due to being original research. The source’s main
point is to assess the importance of trust and resource removal following with
collar crime. The source told the story of how Bernard Madoff pleaded guilty to
11 felonies. The estimates of principle and promised returns estimated to
approximately $65 billion trusted to his firm. Other than that the article
explains how important trust is to businesses and how it allowed our society to
increase in complexity. The source then goes on to talk about the consequences
of loss of trust through white collar crime.
While
reading this article I think it supports the claims made very well and makes a
lot of sense though I did find it kind of dry to read about. The information
provided is a part of what I was looking for and I will use it for my research
but I think further research is required to answer my research question
completely.

This ebook is a primary source. It explains what
white-collar crime and corporate crime is. It gives different points of view on
how a crime could be committed and explains what type of crime it was. It also
explains some of the consequences that can come from white collar crime and how
it creates distrust.
This source I believe does a excellent job at supporting
their claims and giving information. I was not able to read the entire ebook
but the information I got from the first few chapters helped answer my research
question and more. I will use this source in the future.
