5-7-page paper (not including title page and references), describe a
gerontological chronic health problem you have been assigned,
investigate one resource that is available for services, support, and/or education locally, regionally or on the Internet, and
be prepared to present this resource in class.
Assignments can be found under groups in BB. This paper is NOT a group assignment. Use the
guideline below for your paper.

of the epidemiological features of the selected chronic illness (incidence
and prevalence), identify the need for resources in this community for
patients with this chronic illness. Use national, state, and local data.
