Create your PowerPoint as follows (don’t include additional slides):
Slide 1 Title Slide (Include your name)
Slide 2 Idea Narrative
Slide 3 Sketch/Image of Idea, Include images of similar products/services that currently exist.
Slide 4 Customer Journey Map Narrative
Slide 5 Narrate how the Business Model supports your innovation.
Use pictures and graphics to add clarity and creativity. Don’t use clip art as a filler… images must directly relate to what you are writing. They should be sufficiently clear and in focus, so viewers can easily ascertain what you are presenting. Remember you want to capture the attention of the reader.

Using these questions as a guide in narrative development:
Value Proposition
· What is the problem or need you are addressing?
· Explain the product or service and how your idea is better than what you are currently buying.
Customer Segments
· Who are they? (Be specific, for example, Students are too general. More specific would-be college students between 18 – 24)
· Why are they buying?
Customer Relationships
1. How does the Company Get Customers? Be specific.
2. How Does the Company Keep Customers? Be specific.
3. How Does the company Grow? Be specific.
Channels
· Explain the Physical channels where product is available
· Explain the Virtual channels where product is available
· Explain any additional channels if they are present.
