Please choose an article related to the topic and analyze it based on the following:
Articles should be no older than 3 years old and ideally the last year.
An article review is more than a summary, it is a critical constructive evaluation of the article you choose to review based on the course criteria. It should include a short summary of the key points and then move into an analysis and comparison of what you think of it based on your knowledge base and research to support your points if necessary. Your goal is to provide clear understanding of the topic, act like an expert and give your educated opinion about the article you are reviewing.
The analysis should include:
Summarization, clarification, analysis, critiques, and comparisons
The analysis, evaluation, and comparison requires use of theories (please be sure to include theories and class concepts), ideas, and research relevant to the subject matter
Thinking beyond what is being stated and think of new information that you could add to the authors points
Think about:
Strength and weaknesses of the article
Value of the article to the profession
If you chose a research article do you think the research method is valid
How the article enhances the discussion of the topic
What is your personal opinion?
