Your paper must be written in APA style, 7th edition, and in graduate level English.
The paper must be 10-12 pages, plus a Title and References page, and include a minimum of 10 current (5 years or less) research references.

Since this is a course founded on the History and Systems of Psychology, for your Final Research Paper, choose a theorist that has made a historical significance and impact in the field of mental health that is of interest to you.
Your paper must include the following:
1. The birth, early childhood and education of this theorist as well as family issues that may have impacted their theory
2. The details of their major theory and your understanding of the impact this theory has on the field of mental health
3. The cultural worldviews and theoretical systematic biases associated with this theory
4. Ethical issues relevant to this theory both historically and to current professional practice
5. The last page should be a personal summation of how their theory applies and can be used in your personal practice or career goals
