Part A-In 5-6 sentences and IN YOUR OWN WORDS do the following:

Explain the ways in which the enduring issue that you selected is evident in the modern event (article).
Explain the ways the enduring issue has affected those described in the modern event (article).

Analysis: Connection to Historical Event/ So what?!?
Identify a historical event from your studies/life that makes a connection.
Explain the ways in which the event has played a role / means something to you or your life.
Explain the ways the event has/will affect/impact those involved in the event. Be sure to provide historical facts/evidence/opinions to support your connection. (this is the “so what aspect”)
