Explain what is so difficult about being a moral subjectivist, moral relativist, and moral nihilist in turn. What sorts of considerations count against the viability/convincingness of these three forms of moral skepticism? Please draw on some of the materials discussed in class and the readings in offering your explanation.
Then decide whether or not (and how strongly) you endorse these arguments or considerations against these forms of moral skepticism—if so, why? If not, why not?
Can you be a moral relativist or nihilist and still be a decent human being? Why or why not? Explain.
Try to incorporate examples from your own life in making your arguments.
