Explain what Plato thinks the relationship is between “the Good” and knowledge. As part of this you should discuss Plato’s account of the different kinds of knowing.
Hint: Plato’s figure of the divided line is a way of thinking about the relationship between eidos (the “forms” as Kupperman calls them), the Good, the Sun, and material things. The forms and material things exist in parallel.
