Explain why you think loyalty to organizations is decreasing? Instead of providing an answer based on the book or lecture, tell us how you see your relationship with your current employer and future employer. What do you owe them? What do they owe you? Now, think about what your current/future organization could do to increase your commitment. In other words, tell us what would be of value to you rather than trying to guess what the majority of the people in your generation or demographic want. (Give details and say why that is important to you. Don’t just say something like “Pay. Because I like money.”) Do you see organizations doing these things, or are they blind to what would really increase commitment?
