Conventions:
• Write 350–500 words on your chosen topic (approximately one page in length). *Must be submitted as a Microsoft Word document
• Adhere to professional writing standards.
• Organize your essay using well-constructed paragraphs and show consistent command of word usage, grammar, punctuation, sentence construction, and spelling.
• Do not cut and paste material from other work and/or information found on the internet. It is not permitted and will not be accepted.

Please note that during the faculty review process, your essay will be submitted to an anti-plagiarism software to confirm there are no concerns regarding academic integrity and plagiarism. Plagiarism will render you ineligible to apply to Walden.
