Use APA citations, reference page, 12-point font, no title page is required.
Use at least 5 scholarly sources (i.e., peer-reviewed academic journals or academic books from the discipline, refrain from using websites).

Provide supporting research and citations for best practices, methods, and recommendations discussed in your paper.
In order to understand the applicant’s experience, and how this might impact their perception of the organization, it is important to conduct thorough research of potential assessments. The following assessment is to help you develop a honed skill-set in researching and analyzing tools and carefully analyzing the value-added from the data being retrieved from each tool.
Part 1: Assessment Research
Research two specific personality/psychometric assessments that are commonly used. Use the below ideas to get started on your research of assessments:
Personality testing
Assessment Centers
Organizational fit
IQ tests
Myers-Briggs
Explore the benefits and the drawbacks of each of the assessments. Document the pros and cons of each as well as costs for each evaluation, as well as how you would determine the reliability of the test.
You must include citations and a copy of the assessments you are using for your reflection and summary.
Note: Many online inventories require payment to complete a full version. Searching for surveys using scholarly journals and the library resources will often allow you to look at the complete survey, and provide the statistical analysis of reliability and validity.
Part 2: Candidate Experience Reflection
Write your reflections on the candidate experience for each assessment.
Consider some of the following questions: how did it make you feel, how long did each assessment take, what were your initial thoughts and questions about the assessment?
These are starting questions for you to reflect upon, as a participant, and should be considered when making personnel selection decisions.
Part 3: Organizational Impact
As a professional, spend time reflecting on the organizational impact each assessment would have on the organization through the hiring/selection process.
Consider the following points as you reflect:
Is there a cost per assessment or just a flat annual fee?
Is there a different assessment for front line employees compared to leaders?
How would you use it for internal candidates or employees who want to transfer?
What would the organization gain by implementing these assessments into the selection process?
What are the concerns or limitations that the organization should consider?
How would you leverage the data retrieved from each tool, and what decisions would you make based on insights?
