NURS 4212 Leadership
Search the literature for evidence of a nursing intervention
to target a problem or issue that has been seen in clinical. This could
be related to care of acute or chronic patients, or about nursing leadership,
management, or collaboration with the interprofessional team.
The articles should have the following characteristics (can
filter in the UARK Quick Search):
Evidence-based
(research or quality improvement)
Peer-reviewed
Journal
article no more than up to 5 years old
Complete at total of two annotated bibliographies in a Word
document and upload here. In the comment box, please note which one you
would like to present to the class. View the feedback after grading to be
sure that you have captured everything needed for the presentation. Be
ready to present at clinical conference 2 or 3, the instructor will call on
students at liberty.
Note: It is important that students locate the correct type
of article. Please look for a study that looked to solve a clinical problem,
or to improve quality of care with a specific intervention. The
intervention should be tested in the study and data presented to show the
impact.
