Use Rubric assignment instructions and EBP practice model to guide content in the paper.
Use headings for your chosen model. My chosen model is the IOWA Model (see attached document)
Use12 point Times New Roman font.
The assignment is 5-7 pages excluding the title page, the abstract, references and/or appendices

Capstone Instructions must include:
The headings from your chosen model must be evident in the paper.
All the elements in the rubric must be addressed.
The flow of the paper should be logical.

Title page and Abstract
Title Page:
-Document according to APA format
-Running head and page numbers must be APA style
-Please include only the required information on this page.
Abstract:
-Please submit your corrected abstract with the Capstone Narrative paper.
-I have attached my abstract to add to the writing. (see attached document)
Rubric
-Yes you may use content from discussion forums in week 2 & 3 and LOE Grid (I have attached my discussion forms and Level of Evidence grid (LOE) writing if you want to add to the writing, its my completed assignments, ok to use. This is putting it all together.
-The title should tell the reader what the paper is about.
-The proper heading for the narrative is Level 1 heading (bold, centered, title case heading).
-Failure to use the headings in your selected model will result in point deductions. Please use the IOWA MODELS headings, see attached doument.
-This is a scholarly paper therefore first person must be avoided.
-The Resolution Strategy section should list a brief summary of how you intend to resolve the “problem” in your proposal.
-The Appraisal of Evidence section, is where you briefly list the supporting information from the studies you used for your proposal also called a Literature Review.
The evaluation method in the proposal details how you will determine the effectiveness of the intervention. List the step-by-step process.
-Do not refer to the facility’s name or other identifiable information in your paper.
-Keywords and database information is already mentioned in the abstract, do not repeat this information in the introduction.
I have attached my 4 studies/articles. You can add to the references but it has to be peer reviewed within 5 years and from USA.
