Chapter Two – Literature Review (3500) (a critical debate of what is already known about the focus of your proposed intervention/ service development/ project e.g. the topic/ client group etc. and its context, as well as a critical review of project management including potential project management frameworks/ models )

• Databases searched- identify how you obtained the literature reviewed in this chapter.
• Key literature critically discussed in terms of any relevant theory, and content. This should be organised into themes. This can be done by the use of sub-headings (but not too many in order to allow for the depth of discussion required),and be related to your specific area that your intervention/ service development/ project relates to and project management.
• Summarise the justification for your choice of intervention/ service development/ project arising from your findings from the literature reviewed. Identify how the literature informs your intervention/ service development/ project

Chapter Three – Project Plan (3000). Critical discussion and outline of your proposed project plan. Demonstrate you know and understand and can critically discuss project management as well as providing detail of what your proposed project will involve. Use a relevant model or framework to help structure this chapter.
• Introduction to chapter.
• Divide your project plan into relevant phases and discuss each in turn under subheadings. Use an appropriate and relevant project management model or framework e.g. Practice development framework, eg plan, do, study, act (PDSA)/ Martins stages of project management or other change management framework as this will help to structure this section. Critically discuss your chosen framework/ model relating to elements of your project and don’t forget to underpin this discussion with references to the literature.
• Remember this is a project plan. What you are writing is anticipatory. However, you might consider issues of risks to the success of your project were it to be carried out in real time. What factors might affect its success? Can you plan to minimise the risk of failure? You could also discuss projected resourcing issues and timescale. Support your discussion throughout with references from literature.

Chapter Four – Evaluation plan for your project (3000). How will you determine whether it was a success?
• Introduction to chapter
• In this chapter you need to outline a rigorous evaluation plan for your project. How will you know if your project has made a difference or been successful? You should include some critical discussion of what evaluation is, different types and what types of information you would need and how that would be collected? You should also include some discussion of potential ethical issues that may arise from your planned evaluation of your proposed project. Other issues for consideration are potential resourcing issues for the evaluation, timescales, potential for service user involvement and how the results of the evaluation will be disseminated.

Chapter Five – Discussion (3000). Key issues arising from planning your propose project.
• Introduction to chapter.
• In this chapter you critically discuss key issues emerging from your feasibility study and implications for you in taking this forward as an actual project.
• Include a critical discussion of the importance of effective project planning skills in relation to your field of practice with reference to relevant literature.
• Also critically consider, implications for future projects/ policy/ practice/ research (which you feel most relevant) in the field of the proposed intervention/ service development/ project arising from undertaking this feasibility study.

Chapter 6 – Conclusion (1000)
• Introduction to chapter
• Summary of key issues considered in the dissertation and key issues emerging from your critical analysis about the feasibility of your proposed project.
• Summary of your personal reflections on what has been learned about the topic and your experience of planning a project skills learnt/ project management knowledge .
• Summary of recommendations and implications for such a project in the future this could be in relation to relevant policy, practice or research depending on what is applicable.
• Chapter and final conclusion reminding the reader why the topic you chose was important.
