The objective of Assignment #2 is to compile academic and industry research to address your RQ. This is an INDIVIDUAL assignment.
Your tasks:
Individually, select at least two academic journal articles related to Hospitality customer service and specifically, your RQ.
Individually, select at least two industry publications related to Hospitality customer service and specifically, your RQ.
Combine all of the articles into one Annotated Bibliography.
You have identified some good sources for your final exam. To improve your submission, keep the following in mind:
1. Your research question has to do with the hotel front desk staff and the skills needed for customer service. Your selected sources speak more to the industry recovery post-Covid. You can either modify your research question, or select sources aligned with your question.
2. With these sources, you have listed four academic sources. Be sure to have at least two industry sources as well.
3. Your description of the articles should be in your own words, as opposed to copying the article abstract.
