Be sure you include a one or two paragraph introduction, outlining what you have learned in this class about your leadership style, strengths and weaknesses and bridge over to your leadership self-development plan. Conclude with a strong paragraph that will define what outcomes you expect to gain from working this self-development plan.
Be sure this paper falls between 1200 – 1500 words.
This assignment will also be used to assess each student against the BVU Signature Skill: Integrative Learning using the rubric attached. This will not be part of your grade, it is simply for the university’s assessment information.
