As discussed in the module topics, there
are seven different styles of service in restaurants around the world. Some
restaurants also have a combination of two or more styles wither to attract a
wide variety of guests or the authenticity of the menu offered requires variety
of the styles such as Asian restaurants. Each of these styles have its own
advantages and disadvantages for both the operators and the guests. Many
diners like to alternate the style and theme of the place they dine, but some
also are very loyal to support their favorite themed restaurant by frequently
visits.
