Free Meals White Paper

Please use attachments for information to help complete my request. My request is for an at least 20 page white paper with the following research question: Should West Virginia issue free meals to elementary schools?

White Paper

Your project is to write a white paper. You chose a problem from a curated list (Free Meals is my choosen topic), identifed the audience faced with solving this problem, offered background information in the literature review, and your recommended solution to that audience in the discussion.
– Title page
– Abstract with Keywords
– Main Body
– Introduction, identifying research question, audience, your role
– Literature Review discussing at least two sides of topic, incorporating at least 15 of your sources
– Discussion of your proposed solution, including addressing opposition to it
– Conclusion
– References
– Minimum 20 documented sources integrated into the paper
– Credible, relevant sources are required
General Format:

– Minimum of 5000 words/ 8,000 maximum (maximum is not a hard limit, but be reasonable for your audience, and your instructor)
– Double spaced this could be 10-30 pages – use the word count, not pages, as your guide
– Word count includes figures and tables but excludes citations and the abstract
