Transfer all your data into Tables and describe each completely. Table legends go above tables.
Attach printouts and refer to them as Figures. On each figure write directly on printout the Figure number and describe completely. Use your packet to indicate what you actually did to generate the contractions. Figure legends are always at bottom of a figure.
