Hi All,

As we all know that when we want to do something or start something new then we need to do some homework before we start it, so we can do it in a good manner. When we start research on any topic then through that research process we gain a lot of knowledge and we learn a lot. We learn a lot not only about the topic but also about the different topics and we understand different things and also it enhances our knowledge our skills and our critical thinking. So well when I start writing the unit 5 individual assignment, then I am able to understand the research skills in details, I am able to do the observation more carefully and it enhances my different skills, it enhance my analytical and inference skills, not only this it also enhance my reading and writing skills, it enhance and give me more knowledge about global finance and the European union and their advantages and disadvantages, also I am able to understand that how financial crisis gives loss. After all this I am able to understand before start anything we need to do a proper research so it will manage our time and help us a lot. Because of this I am also able to understand the international markets and how they work, I learned how US based companies work freely and how European companies work with European Union. Basically this enhance my more knowledge and I learned a lot and definitely it will help me in future also when I considering any job or starting any business. Through this research I am able to manage the time so it’s mean that it enhance my time management skills. I am able to understand the more about global finance and how companies work globally, their investments and risk factors etc. and how to make strategies and implement them in research, how to focus on group studies, etc. definitely intellipath helps me a lot for learning more about global finances and how the multinational firms work and invest in the other country for increasing more revenue and generating more profits.

This research develop more competencies in me like time management, communication skills, writing skills, research skills , reading skills, observational skills, analytical skills, critical thinking skills. Through this research I learned a lot about my given European Union topic and also about the related topics of global finance which enhance my more knowledge about multinational firms and how they are investing and increasing their shares value and generating more revenue. Definitely this all knowledge help me in my future and my career.

Similarities and differences between shareholder wealth maximization and stakeholder wealth maximization:

If we talk about similarities then I don’t think so that both have similarities because here one have the share of the company and other one are the board member who is running the operations but we can say that both wants to earn profit and maximize wealth.

But if we talk about the differences then Maximizing shareholder wealth means maximizing the flow of dividends to shareholders through time – there is a long-term perspective. Stakeholder are groups and individuals who get benefit from or are harmed by, or whose rights are contravened or regarded by, corporate actions.
