Please note that within your grant application you must address all of the following aspects of your project; to do this you may have to add content to your chosen application’s framework.
Justification and need for the funding (make sure to cite resources to support your rationale).
Goals for the project and an explanation of how those goals align with the vision and mission of the center. These goals should be both observable and measurable.
Implementation plans for the project (please include a timeline).
Organizational capacity: staffing, training, and resources available and needed.
A projected budget, along with a short explanatory narrative.
Evaluation plan for assessing the effectiveness of the project in meeting the goals above.
Submit a copy of your grant application.
