The detail and development paper considers a
mental health issue to review. Paper is in direct correlation with
the mental health group you would run. This paper will show what operations of
group dynamics you are able to accomplish during the group. Include stages of
group development, tasks or homework, mechanisms of change, cognitive
strategies, behavioral strategies.
Please cover:
Assessment―What
manifestations or symptoms would you look for to confirm a patient has this
particular diagnosis? The groups are specific so the participants would need to
have the same clinical issues or express the same problems. Diagnosing for
groups would also ruling out certain clients that may have additional issues
that could become problematic (show how you accomplished this. (Refer to
chapters 1& 6 CBT in Groups by Bieling, McCabe, & Antony)
Treatment Plan in a Group Setting—What type of group of four of more clients with the same
diagnosis would be beneficial for the client, prove it. (Use CBT
for groups and a Minimum 3 Additional References).
