The course that I am in is OL140 a leadership course at Laurier. The assignment is a guided reflection where it wants to know if you understand course concepts about leadership skills. I have already completed the first two requirements of the assignment which are complete your top five values and then make a TME chart and then compare the two. Your job is to complete 2 different 2-page reflections. The first one is a 2-page reflection called “Living Your Values” it is step 6 on the assignment. Then after completing that you need to complete another 2-page reflection called Your Vision and Values” which is step 7 on the assignment. Then include a references list in APA format. Make sure to include course concepts when doing this assignment I have included my notes so please use them. Each reflection is 2 pages max no more (2 pages per reflection).
