Prepare a formal report that details important information and issues revolving around the job position of a Healthcare Administrator.

Include a cover letter informing your mentor of what is being sent and why. It should also explain any possible action that may be taken as a result of your findings. Did your research confirm what you previously believed or did it provide new insight? (Your point of view is personal and should be written in first person… the report should be written in third person).

The formal report should include a TItle Page, Abstract, Introduction, Body text, conclusions, references and appendices.

Abstract should be descriptive.

Introduction should place the career of a Healthcare Administrator in the context of today’s job market. Useful information would include the economy or the importance of the job, etc.

The report should, at minimum, include information describing the education, credentials and training necessary for this position; the duties; starting and potential salaries and benefits, prognosis for employment and advancement. Use paranthetical documentation to indicate the source of all data and quotations. Include one or more visuals, such as tables or graphs and refer to each visual at least one time in text.

Conclusion should summarize your findings and discuss the implications of embarking on this career path.

References should contain a minimum of 7 sources named and used in the body of report.

Appendix should include two or more typical job descriptions that you have found online to illustrate actual jobs in the Healthcare Administration field. The actual job descriptions should be placed in teh appendix in their entirity, but should also be referred to at least once in your report.
