Although your selection of articles and the citations were on target, it appears that you didn’t read the instructions carefully or possibly misunderstood the assignment. The assignment was not to write an essay integrating what you learned from the sources, but to put together an annotated bibliography. If you look at the links in the instructions to the assignment, you’ll see a link there to annotated bibliographies.
If you don’t understand the material, I’m certainly available to meet by phone or a zoom call to help you with this. Look again at number 3 on the list of steps required for the assignment. Please re-read the linked material (How to Write an Annotated Bibliography), develop an annotated bibliography as the instructions require and re-submit.
I wasn’t quite sure which you intended as your research question. The first question that opens the essay or what you ask further down in that first paragraph: What struggles do Hispanic elders face in comparison to other ethnic groups within the population?
