Students will be required to conduct a historical review of a law or legal concept and state its application to the sport industry or a specific segment of the sport industry. The historical review will provide an overview of the evolution of the law/legal concept through case law; it must include a minimum of 7 cases. The application to the sport industry or a specific segment of the sport industry will be accomplished through examining professional legal publications; it must include a minimum of 5 legal publications/law reviews. Each student will submit a PowerPoint presentation of 10-15 slides of the Review and Application. Due the Thursday of Finals Week.
