Community Program/Intervention this method will result in a community/group intervention program addressing a community health issue or problem. You would provide a compelling, research based reason this is an important issue for the particular group/community you are working with, background information, examples of best-practices that address this issue, a description of your intervention what you would do (classes, series of presentations, activities, etc.), timelines and general resources needed and community partners and how you would evaluate the effectiveness of the program/intervention.
So in your proposal describe your problem, audience, what you would do and what you will produce (3 examples above).
For your proposal you obviously will not need to have all the parts of your method but simply say you will be producing a research proposal, or an executive summary, or community intervention program. However, a strong initial proposal will result in a strong final product.
