Critically examine one or two ways in which culture influences how your family (past or present) experiences and manages stress.
Provide well-chosen examples to support your analysis.
Where applicable, correctly use terms that you have learned from class, such as family perception, cultural context, etc.
If you are struggling to identify cultural influences on your own family, you may choose to critically analyze Uma’s family (Boxes), Steve or Jo-Jo’s family (The White Guy), or Hao’s family (All in My Family) in place of your own.
This is a graded assignment worth 25 points. See grading rubric on pages 10-11 of syllabus.
Write a minimum of 2 pages. Do not exceed 3 pages.
Follow writing expectations on page 6 of syllabus. Include a cover page and running head. Do not include any of the following in this assignment: abstract, keywords, tables, figures, in-text citations, or references.
Submit RP2 in Canvas no later than Friday, October 1st at 8:00 AM. The paper you turn in by this due date will be graded. There will not be any revisions this time.
