How Does Loyalty interfere with SHARP

-“Loyalty” is one of the Army Values. The army does not tolerate sexual assault or harassment. The army values are a guide to ensure soldiers are treating everyone as they would like to be treated.
-What is the purpose of SHARP(Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention) in the ARMY?
-The SHARP program has given soldiers the training and tools to stop sexual harassment and prevent or report sexual assault in their units. If Sexual Harassment/Assault happens in the unit, how does it affect the soldiers?
-A loyal Soldier is one who supports the leadership and stands up for fellow Soldiers. You’re a soldier and you noticed sexual harassment/assault happening in your unit, how would you interfere with this situation?
