Whether we like it or not, media plays a part in shaping our viewpoints. How much does media influence your opinions about the war on drugs?

NJ recently are taking the steps to legalize the use of Marijuana. What is the actual law, how can we use this to create some effective steps that can be taken to break the cycle of drug abuse in marginalized communities? (Ex. ghettos, trailer parks, slums).
