I want to create a document for my advanced technical writing class that explains what it takes to be not only a manager, but a leader. This document will help those small to mid-size business owners by explaining the roles of a manager and what they should be doing in the company. It is important for the owner to understand the expectations of a manager’s roles and to make sure that the one being hired can meet these expectations. On top of that, it is important that the one being hired has the traits of a leader and is not just meeting the job requirements and going home. A manager plays a huge role in the success of the company by promoting hard work and a comfortable work environment that the employees will excel in. I have attached the requirements and details.
