A presentation outlining your design research plan, identifying and describing the collection of methods you will use with example templates(stakeholder mapping, empathy map, 5W1H framework, user journey, etc.) . The presentation should work as a document on its own.
To prepare a design research plan, you should first break it down into sections to outline the particular problem you are considering and then show how you intend to conduct your inquiry into possible solutions.
1.How might we? Start by laying out your problem and describing the context for design. Use a “how might we?” headline and brief descriiption (1 slide)
2.Actors. List the stakeholders you have identified and describe how you will find out about human stakeholders and AI actors. Describe methods of inquiry and outputs (2-3 slides)
3.Touchpoints. Describe where your product is used, and show how you will find out about the specific “how”, “where” and “when” of interactions. Methods and outputs (2-3 slides)
4.Needs. Next describe how you will identify the specific needs of the Actors you identified (human stakeholders and AI). Methods and outputs (2-3 slides)
5.Summary. Finally summarize your plan and highlight requirements and potential challenges (1 slide)

I’m planning to work on RPM with AI and ML in it to help patients, and mitigate the use of real pharmacies/pharmacists.
