The problem/ situation is that a nurse while working in hospital unit makes a medication error , gives patient wrong dose fails to follow hospital and safety guidelines does not inform supervisor, doctor and no documentation on medication error .

decision.
Describe how decisions are made by identifying and utilizing
the steps using a decision-making model of your choice. (Refer to the textbook).
Your paper should be in APA format and not more than seven
pages including the cover and reference pages.
Your paper should contain at least three peer-reviewed
