Unit V Reflection Paper
Track your own personal ethical, moral, and value
development. Think about who your role models have been (personally and
professionally) and how they have shaped who you are. Consider how your morals
have been tested and how you handled those situations.
Write a one-page essay, capturing your thoughts on the above
statements. Expand on your comments to include:
• how those past experiences and personalities will impact
your decisions as a teacher leader,
• how you will deal and resolve situations which conflict
with the ethics, morals, and/or values of co-workers, and
• how your values and the values of the entire team will
impact the culture and climate of the school.
Outside sources are not a requirement for this reflection,
but if you choose to use them, they must be cited and referenced
appropriately. Be sure to include an introductory paragraph,
body paragraphs, and a concluding paragraph.
