Write a 4 – 5 page paper using MS Word (not including title page and references), and using proper APA format. In your paper, touch on the following:
We touched this week on the idea of organization and team culture in our lecture: culture being behavior resulting from the values and beliefs of the people.
Please write a reflection paper addressing the following questions:
Define culture in your own words.
How would you assess the Culture of an organization you recently join?
How would you co-create culture with a team you just inherited? With a new team, you are building?
How will you ensure that this team culture aligns itself with the greater organizational culture?
Properly cite at least 2 additional sources outside of the course materials (textbook, lectures, etc). Remember, this paper needs to be original to this class and in your own words. While outside sources are allowed, your paper should be overwhelmingly your own words. Papers with more than 10-15% citations will have points heavily deducted.
