You will create a staff development (coaching resource
guidebook) of /HRD applications that you have developed for your team. Your guidebook will
center on HRD application topics covered in the course and how you will apply the topics with
people on the team for which you are responsible. Consider that you, (in concert with HR),
will be training/teaching other leaders in your organization to apply HRD principles in
their jobs. Your guidebook will center on two of the following application topics of the course:
Performance Management, Coaching/Mentoring, or Career Development. You cannot use the
Management Development application topic for this assignment. Research-based references
must be used in your program.* Your guidebook can be a mix of information in narrative,
bulleted and graphic format. Formatting: The paper must be 10-12 double-spaced pages
utilizing Times New Roman, 12-point font.
