Assignment description: Read “The Ideal Team Player” by Patrick Lencioni and then my professor wants me to retell the story from the book by relating a similar story of my own to it. In other words I need to come up with a story about a time I was working on a project with teammates that was either ideal or not so ideal. He goes on to say tell him a story and describe the characters in the book. Draw distinct and direct comparison between the characters in the novel and the ones in my project. He expects 800-1000 words (2-3) pages.
